Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange only upon manufacturer defect. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


No refunds on purchases, but upon manufacturer defect we will exchange the item only. Our patch has a 1 year shelf life and we can NOT guarantee a patch if they are older than 1 year. All patches have a manufacturer date on the back.


To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to start the exchange process. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your returned item is subjected to inspection and approval before replacement is sent out. Your item will be inspected for defects to prevent future defects or issues.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition and defect of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed.

We offer free shipping within the United States. We do not ship out of the U.S. For a distributor in your country you can email [email protected].

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via the shipping company of our choice. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
